If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your prescription frames, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the eyewear must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Fashion Frames:
We do not accept returns on fashion frames. Please choose carefully when selecting your frames, as we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for fashion eyewear purchases. Additionally, no warranty is offered on fashion frames.
Defective or Damaged Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
